Parties
This Non-Disclosure Agreement, hereafter known as "agreement" is by and between elementalmythos.com, hereafter known as 1st Party, and the user of the site (elementalmythis.com) hereafter known as 2nd Party and collectively known as "Parties". 

Whereas this agreement is created for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized disclosure of the confidential and proprietary information of elementalmythos.com hereinafter known as "the site". The parties agreement is as follows: 

Agreement
This agreement shall be unilateral where the 1st Party will have sole ownership over all material presented on the site (elementalmythos.com) with the 2nd Party being prohibited from disclosing any confidential or proprietary information released by the 1st Party. 

Definition
For the purpose of this agreement, the term "confidential information" will include, but not be limited to, artwork, writings, page designs, gameplay mechanics, information pertaining to the world-building of Elemental Mythos, and any correspondence that occurs on the websites private forms. 

Obligations
All users of this site are required to not disclose any confidential information to 3rd parties. If any information is released to unauthorized parties the party responsible for doing so will be held liable. 
Confidential information may only be released with express permission from the 1st Party. Any confidential information released without express permission will be a breach of contract. 

Time Period
The bound Party’s duty is to hold the confidential information in confidence shall remain in effect until said information is openly available to the public through other avenues than the site (elemntalmythos.com).  

Relationship
The Party’s agree that there is no such statement in this agreement that suggests, and Party is an employee, partner, or contributor to elementalmythos.com, any such shared ownership of intellectual property will be outlined in a separate agreement.

Servablility

If a court finds that any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall be interpreted so as to best affect the intent of the Parties.

Enforcement
The Parties acknowledge and agree that due to the unique and sensitive nature of the Confidential information, any breach of this agreement would cause irreparable harm for which damages and equitable relief may be sought. The harmed party shall be entitled to all remedies available as law.   

Governing Law
The agreement shall be governed under the laws in the State of Texas.
